АНТИТРОМБОТИЧЕСКАЯ ТЕРАПИЯ ПАЦИЕНТОВ С КЛАПАННОЙ БОЛЕЗНЬЮ СЕРДЦА: ЧТО НОВОГО?

В статье представлен обзор современных данных и анализ опубликованных в 2017 г. рекомендаций Европейского общества кардиологов и Европейской ассоциации кардиоторакальной хирургии относительно применения антитромботической терапии у пациентов с клапанной болезнью сердца. Продемонстрированы результаты исследований, посвященных применению новых оральных антикоагулянтов при клапанной болезни сердца.
