БОЛЬ В СПИНЕ, АССОЦИИРОВАННАЯ С ДЕГЕНЕРАЦИЕЙ МЕЖПОЗВОНКОВОГО ДИСКА: МОРФОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ, ГЕНЕТИЧЕСКИЕ И КЛИНИКО-ИНСТРУМЕНТАЛЬНЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ

Аннотация

Одной из причин возникновения боли в спине является дегенеративное поражение позвоночника. Клинические варианты болевого синдрома и выраженность воспалительных изменений в телах позвонков зависят от активности провоспалительных цитокинов. Скорость развития и прогрессирования дегенеративных изменений структур позвоночного столба генетически детерминирована. Терапия болевого синдрома, ассоциированного с дегенеративной болезнью диска, может включать применение методов восстановления структуры поврежденного межпозвонкового диска, а также использование различных комбинаций противовоспалительных и анальгетических средств.
