МОБИЛЬНОЕ ЗДРАВООХРАНЕНИЕ: ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ, ПРОБЛЕМЫ, ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ

Аннотация

Все многообразие мобильных технологий условно можно разделить на несколько групп: профилактика заболеваний, определение различных диагностических параметров, контроль течения заболевания и эффективности лечения, консультативная поддержка, телемедицина. Новые технологии открывают перед здравоохранением широкие перспективы, возможность совершенствования качества и доступности медицинской помощи. Однако существуют некоторые проблемы и противоречия, связанные, в частности, с недостаточным уровнем участия профессиональных медиков в разработке приложений, низкой компьютерной грамотностью населения и высокой стоимостью подобных технологий. Тем не менее развитие медицинских мобильных концепций захватывает новые области, включая появление более сложных программ для анализа диагностической информации, вовлечение новых видов портативных устройств и интеграцию приложений в социальные сети.

В статье рассмотрены основные возможности мобильной медицины, проблемы и перспективы ее развития.
