ФАКТОРЫ РИСКА СЕРДЕЧНО-СОСУДИСТЫХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ У БОЛЬНЫХ С СИНДРОМОМ ОБСТРУКТИВНОГО АПНОЭ СНА

Аннотация

В статье анализируются причинно-следственные связи синдрома обструктивного апноэ сна (СОАС) и сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ). При СОАС в ответ на интермиттирующую гипоксию и фрагментацию сна происходит активация симпатической нервной системы, провоспалительной и прокоагуляционных систем, эндотелиальная дисфункция и ускоренное развитие атеросклероза, что приводит к увеличению риска ССЗ. Применение CPAP-терапии (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure – постоянное положительное давление в дыхательных путях) снижает риск смерти у больных СОАС.
