ФАКТОРЫ СЕРДЕЧНО-СОСУДИСТОГО РИСКА У ЖЕНЩИН В ПОСТМЕНОПАУЗЕ

Аннотация
В обзоре обсуждаются накопленные к настоящему времени научные данные об особенностях факторов сердечно-сосудистого риска у женщин в постменопаузе, таких как уровень половых гормонов, возраст наступления менопаузы, дислипидемия, повышенная масса тела и ожирение, симпатикотония и др. Также кратко обсуждаются некоторые аспекты оценки сердечно-сосудистого риска у женщин в свете клинических рекомендаций American Heart Association (2011) и приводятся ключевые положения относительно его коррекции.
