Аннотация
В обзоре представлены данные о частоте развития хронической постэмболической легочной гипертензии после тромбоэмболии легочной артерии, описаны врожденные и приобретенные аномалии коагуляции у пациентов с венозным тромбоэмболизмом. Рассмотрены потенциальные факторы формирования хронической постэмболической легочной гипертензии, а также некоторые
медицинские состояния и заболевания, способствующие развитию легочной гипертензии после перенесенной тромбоэмболии легочной артерии.
