Correction of potential risk factors is essential for effective therapy for cardiovascular diseases. This clinical case demonstrates negative impact of non-corrected risk factors — obstructive sleep apnea — in occurrence and further progression of cardiovascular disease.

В основе эффективной терапии сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний лежит коррекция потенциальных факторов риска их развития. Представленный клинический случай демонстрирует негативное влияние нескорригированного фактора риска — синдрома обструктивного апноэ во сне — на возникновение осложнений и дальнейшее прогрессирование сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний.
