Male patient T., 66 years old, suffering from type 2 diabetes, arterial hypertension, multifocal atherosclerosis, with a history of ischemic stroke, developed moderate cognitive impairment with emotional and behavioral disorders.</p> <p>Results. Both patients received repeated courses of intravenous administration of Cerebrolysin (10 mL, 20 injections) along with basic therapy. In patient A., there was not only an improvement in cognitive function, but also a decrease in the severity of behavioral disorders, which manifested, in part, in increased adherence to treatment. In patient T. after the treatment, there was also a decrease in the severity of CD and depressive disorder, which did not require the use of antidepressants.</p> <p>Conclusion. CD in patients with MS and type 2 diabetes is accompanied by decreased daily activity, which disrupts adherence to therapy and non-pharmacological risk factor management. The use of Cerebrolysin in such patients reduces the severity of CD and other disorders and is associated with increased adherence to medical recommendations.</p>
Применение Церебролизина у таких пациентов обеспечивает уменьшение выраженности КР и других нарушений, связано с повышением приверженности к врачебным рекомендациям.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cognitive disorder</kwd><kwd>dementia</kwd><kwd>type 2 diabetes mellitus</kwd><kwd>metabolic syndrome</kwd><kwd>arterial hypertension</kwd><kwd>comorbidity</kwd><kwd>Cerebrolysin</kwd><kwd>treatment</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>когнитивное расстройство</kwd><kwd>деменция</kwd><kwd>сахарный диабет 2-го типа</kwd><kwd>метаболический синдром</kwd><kwd>артериальная гипертензия</kwd><kwd>коморбидность</kwd><kwd>Церебролизин</kwd><kwd>лечение</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The work was performed with the support of EVER Neuro Pharma LLC.</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена при поддержке ООО «ЭВЕР Нейро Фарма».</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Churchill N., Le T.T., Nianogo R.A.
