It is noted that the processes of atrial fibrosis, ion channel remodeling, inflammation, apoptosis, impaired intercellular interactions, and myocardiocyte hypertrophy may give rise to atrial structural and functional changes in AF. The efficacy of angiotensinonverting enzyme inhibitors and angiotensin receptor antagonists is justified in patients with left ventricular systolic dysfunction.</p>
Обоснована эффективность ингибиторов ангиотензинпревращающего фермента и антагонистов рецепторов ангиотензина у пациентов с систолической дисфункцией левого желудочка.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>atrial fibrillation</kwd><kwd>renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system</kwd><kwd>myocardial remodeling</kwd><kwd>angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors</kwd><kwd>angiotensin receptor antagonists</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>фибрилляция предсердий</kwd><kwd>ренин-ангиотензин-альдостероновая система</kwd><kwd>ремоделирование миокарда</kwd><kwd>ингибиторы ангиотензинпревращающего фермента</kwd><kwd>антагонисты рецепторов ангиотензина</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
