It shows the differences of diabetic encephalopathy in types 1 and 2 diabetes mellitus. Pathogenetic treatment options for diabetic encephalopathy are given.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Рассмотрены вопросы эпидемиологии, морфологии и клинических проявлений диабетической энцефалопатии. Показаны различия диабетической энцефалопатии при сахарном диабете 1-го и 2-го типов.
