While managing a patient with lumbago, it is necessary to exclude the potential causes of secondary pain syndrome, including injuries, neoplasms, local infections, and somatic diseases. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and analgesics, which are responsible for side effects in a number of cases, have a good analgesic effect. Concurrently with their use, Milgamma, a neutropic vitamin B complex, produces a higher antinociceptive effect, a less need for analgesic drugs, shorter treatment, and more prolonged remission.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Поясничная боль – исключительно распространенный синдром, ассоциированный со значительными материальными затратами, высокой частотой рецидивов, риском формирования хронической боли. При ведении пациента с поясничной болью необходимо исключить потенциальные причины вторичного характера болевого синдрома, включая травмы, новообразования, локальные инфекционные поражения, соматические заболевания. Хорошим обезболивающим эффектом обладают нестероидные противовоспалительные препараты и анальгетики, применение которых в ряде случаев сопряжено с развитием побочных эффектов. Одновременное с ними применение препарата Мильгамма – комплекса нейротропных витаминов группы В – обеспечивает повышение противоболевого эффекта, снижение потребности в применении анальгетических препаратов, сокращение сроков лечения и увеличение продолжительности ремиссии.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>lumbago</kwd><kwd>discogenic radiculopathy</kwd><kwd>nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs</kwd><kwd>B-group vitamins</kwd><kwd>Milgamma</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>поясничная боль</kwd><kwd>дискогенная радикулопатия</kwd><kwd>нестероидные противовоспалительные препараты</kwd><kwd>витамины группы В</kwd><kwd>Мильгамма</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
