Patient Sh., 63 years old, admitted to N.I. Pirogov City Clinical Hospital № 1 of Moscow Healthcare Department in connection with new onset of anginalprecordialgia. In anamnesis: rectum adenocarcinoma with multiple courses of chemotherapy of first and second lines. The last course of chemotherapy was performed a month before the previous complaints. Previously, coronary anamnesis was not burdened.</p><p><bold>Results.</bold> During the examination, signs of ischemia on the electrocardiogram, diffuse hypokinesia of the left ventricular myocardium according to echocardiography, subocclusion of the anterior interventricular branch of the left coronary artery were identified. Balloon angioplasty and stenting of the anterior interventricular branch of the left coronary artery were performed with good perfusion effect.</p><p><bold>Conclusion.</bold> In this clinical case, ischemic complications in patient receiving chemotherapeutical treatment are displayed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель работы</bold> — описать клинический случай возможного развития кардиальных осложнений у пациента после проведенного химиотерапевтического лечения.</p><p><bold>Материалы и методы</bold>. Пациент Ш., 63лет, поступил в ГБУЗ «ГКБ№ 1 им. Н.И. Пирогова ДЗМ» в связи с эпизодом впервые возникших загрудинных болей по типу стенокардитических. В анамнезе: аденокарцинома прямой кишки с многократными курсами химиотерапии 1-й и 2-й линии. Последний курс химиотерапии был проведен за месяц до появления болей за грудиной. Ранее коронарный анамнез не отягощен.</p><p><bold>Результаты.</bold> В ходе обследования у пациента выявлены признаки ишемии на электрокардиограмме, диффузная гипокинезия миокарда левого желудочка по данным эхокардиографии, субокклюзия передней межжелудочковой ветви левой коронарной артерии. Выполнены баллонная ангиопластика и стентирование передней межжелудочковой ветви левой коронарной артерии с хорошим перфузионным эффектом.</p><p><bold>Заключение</bold>.
