Prior IS is related to the drastically increased risk of repeat IS. Antiplatelet therapy is an efficient way to prevent repeat IS. Acetylsalicylic acid, the administration of its enteric-coated formulationcan reduce the risk of gastric mucosal lesion, has a special efficacy. The possibilities of using other antiaggregants and indirect anticoagulantsare considered.</p>
Рассматриваются возможности применения других антиагрегантов и непрямых антикоагулянтов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>ischemic stroke</kwd><kwd>secondary prevention</kwd><kwd>acetylsalicylic acid</kwd><kwd>cardiomagnil</kwd><kwd>warfarin</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ишемический инсульт</kwd><kwd>вторичная профилактика</kwd><kwd>ацетилсалициловая кислота</kwd><kwd>кардиомагнил</kwd><kwd>варфарин</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
