The paper gives data on the efficacy of dopamine receptor agonists in treating PD and the benefits of their extended-release formulations.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье рассматривается клинический случай ранней стадии смешанной формы болезни Паркинсона (БП) с выраженными аффективными нарушениями и синдромом беспокойных ног.
