It considers the possible riskfactors of osteoporosis and fractures, including those associated with rheumatoid arthritis, the necessity of assessing the 10-year risk of major osteoporotic fractures and femoral neck ones to timely use not only calcium and vitamin D preparations, but also antiosteoporotic therapy to prevent osteoporosis.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье представлено клиническое наблюдение развития ревматоидного артрита (РА) у мужчины, осложненного остеопорозом (ОП).
