The paper analyzes the causes and clinical manifestations of sleep and awakening disorders in Parkinson’s disease, describes clinical cases with dyssomnia at the early and extensive stages of the disease and the efficiency of using melatonin to normalize circadian rhythm.

В статье анализируются причины и клинические проявления расстройств сна и бодрствования при болезни Паркинсона, описаны клинические случаи с диссомнией на ранней и развернутой стадиях заболевания, эффективность назначения препарата мелатонин для нормализации циркадного ритма.
