In OSAS,there is activation of the sympathetic nervous system and proinflammatory and procoagulant systems, endothelial dysfunction, and accelerated atherosclerosis in response to intermittent hypoxia and sleep fragmentation, which leads to increased risk for CVD. Continuous positive airway pressure therapy reduces the risk of death in patients with OSAS</p>
Применение CPAP-терапии (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure – постоянное положительное давление в дыхательных путях) снижает риск смерти у больных СОАС.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>systemic inflammation</kwd><kwd>obstructive sleep apnea syndrome</kwd><kwd>continuous positive airway pressure therapy</kwd><kwd>hypoxia</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>системное воспаление</kwd><kwd>синдром обструктивного апноэ сна</kwd><kwd>СРАР-терапия</kwd><kwd>гипоксия</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
