The advantages and disadvantages of each of the currently used antiplatelet drugs that block the receptor P2Y12 are reviewed. On the basis of the analysis concludes that, despite the emergence of new antiplatelet agents clopidogrel, appears to be widely used for a long time in the treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome and / or after coronary stenting. This is primarily due to the presence of large evidence base, and confirmation of safety of long-term therapy clopidogrel.</p>
Это связано в первую очередь с наличием большой доказательной базы и подтверждением безопасности длительной терапии клопидогрелом.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>acute coronary syndrome</kwd><kwd>myocardial infarction</kwd><kwd>clopidogrel</kwd><kwd>antithrombotic agents</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>острый коронарный синдром</kwd><kwd>инфаркт миокарда</kwd><kwd>клопидогрел</kwd><kwd>антитромботические средства</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
