Effectiveness of different screening methods used to identify patients with lung cancer, the value of different diagnostic methods is discussed. The data on the current drug therapy of non small-cell lung cancer , built on the basis of doublets of cisplatin and carboplatin used in the first line therapy, as well as on the doublets without cisplatin or carboplatin, generally used in the second line therapy and target therapies which are prescribed separately or in combination with chemotherapy. Indicated the efficiency of certain chemotherapy regimens, data on one-year, sometimes two-year survival, median survival, the major toxicity of combinations, doses, drugs and detailed diagrams of their prescription.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзоре представлены данные о распространенности рака легкого (РЛ) в РФ и мире. Обсуждается эффективность различных скрининговых методик, применяемых для выявления больных РЛ, ценность различных диагностических методов. Представлены данные о современной лекарственной терапии немелкоклеточного РЛ, построенной на основе дуплетов цисплатина и карбоплатина, используемых в 1-й линии терапии, а также дуплетов, не содержащих цисплатин или карбоплатин, обычно применяемых во 2-й линии терапии, и таргетных препаратов, назначаемых раздельно или в комбинации с химиотерапией. Указана эффективность отдельных режимов химиотерапии, приведены данные об одно-, иногда двухгодичной выживаемости, медианы выживаемости, основные проявления токсичности комбинаций, дозы лекарств и подробные схемы их назначения.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>lung cancer</kwd><kwd>non small-cell lung cancer</kwd><kwd>screening</kwd><kwd>spiral computed tomography</kwd><kwd>treatment of metastatic non small-cell lung cancer</kwd><kwd>cisplatin</kwd><kwd>carboplatin</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рак легкого</kwd><kwd>немелкоклеточный рак легкого</kwd><kwd>скрининг</kwd><kwd>спиральная компьютерная томография</kwd><kwd>лечение диссеминированного немелкоклеточного рака легкого</kwd><kwd>цисплатин</kwd><kwd>карбоплатин</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
